My Journey as a Language Educator

Hello! I'm Wyatt, a CELTA certified ESL teacher with 2 years of overseas English teaching experience in Egypt. After many years of learning French and Arabic, I've developed a passion for helping other language learners operate with confidence in English and feel successful interacting with native speakers. Based in the Kansas City Metropolitan Area, I bring authentic native fluency combined with a deep understanding of the challenges non-native speakers face when learning English.

My Background

I hold a CELTA Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages from Missouri State University and a Bachelor's degree in French and Middle East Studies with Arabic Language and Literature from the University of Arkansas. My teaching philosophy centers on creating custom grammar and pronunciation lessons that uniquely address specific student needs in a supportive, engaging environment where students feel confident to make mistakes and learn from them.
